Goods receipt
When we receive your stock, it is checked within two hours. This is done using a very specific method.
Storage
Monta has several types of storage locations. The storage of your stock is extremely secure.

Your orders are carefully picked and checked. Everything we do is done digitally, and is available on our Monta portal.

Want to track your returns yourself? Within our fulfilment services we offer access to an online returns system. Or we can do it for you!
Stock management
Because all the data from the previous steps is clearly displayed on the Monta portal, you can make strategic decisions that have a positive effect on your stock.
Reports
Information such as trends, forecasts, track & trace codes and your customer top 10 can also be viewed on the Monta portal. You can use this to your tactical advantage.

Informed choices with report information
You are able to make informed choices only when you have all the data available. You will have clear insight into your stock, so you know exactly when to reorder. Thanks to the useful dynamic forecast, you can also predict and anticipate when you will sell more or fewer products.
In short: the report information contained in the Monta portal gives you full insight at all times into packing, shipping, orders, returns… everything you need to know to make tactical decisions.
On your own portal, you can enter B2B orders, delete back orders or modify back orders, among other things. We can also email you all the information on the portal as an Excel file. This can be done every day or every hour, as required.

Your stock is safe
Your webshop products are stored in one of our secure warehouses. Even product replenishment is very quick: your products are booked in and ready to sell within 2 hours.
You sell, we organise.
We pack and ship all orders placed in your webshop by customers before 11:45 P.M. the same night. We also arrange all returns for you.
